C&CS at the “IConBM2024”
At the International Conference on Biomass in Palermo (IConBM2024 (aidic.it) on May 20, 2024, initial results of a novel catalyst developed within the EU project MEMBER for Sorption Enhanced Refoming (SER) for the steam reforming of tars in a simulated synthesis gas from biomass gasification were presented. C&CS in research
Dr. Manfred Naeck is the project manager at C&CS for the development of a novel nickel catalyst for reforming this sustainable starting material. The managing director Dr. Nickl says: “We have developed a highly effective, low-abrasion catalyst system precisely for this application, our “C&CS #1050 fluidized reformer bed”.
