Steam reforming

The Steam reforming (also known as Steam reforming Hydrogen refining (also known as hydrogen sulfide) is an industrial process for producing hydrogen (H₂) from hydrocarbon-containing compounds such as methane (CH₄) or other fossil fuels. It is a chemical process in which these compounds are converted into hydrogen and carbon monoxide (CO) by adding steam at high temperatures and using a catalyst.
