C&CS #466 Hopcalit Respiratory Protection CO Oxidation

Hopcalite C&CS #466 is a copper-manganese oxide catalyst (Hopcalite type) and it is primarily used in respiratory protection systems for the direct oxidation of carbon monoxide (CO) to carbon dioxide (CO₂).

It is used in high- and low-pressure breathing air systems, respiratory protection and gas masks, as well as breathing apparatus and cryogenic gas purification.

Hopcalite C&CS #466 is available in various sizes: 8 × 14 mesh or 12 × 20 mesh.
