EnviCat 2520-CH double cone housing catalyst in engine exhaust gases

This catalyst is a special design in which EnviCat 2520 ceramic honeycomb elements are integrated into a double-conical housing. Optimal flow is ensured by an air intake hood within the housing.The EnviCat 2520 combusts volatile organic compounds (VOCs) such as hydrocarbons (CH₄), formaldehyde (CO), and other flammable, hazardous components from industrial exhaust gases. The catalytic oxidation by precious metals “burns” these emissions into water and carbon dioxide (CO₂).
EnviCat® 2520 can reduce both natural gas consumption and greenhouse gas emissions (CO2) by over 50%.
