EnviCat 25800 ceramic honeycomb in custom metal element frames

EnviCat 25800 is similar to EnviCat 2520/50300, but has a higher titanium dioxide content in the carrier and is much more water-resistant. Catalyst honeycomb effectively removes volatile organic compounds (VOCs) such as various hydrocarbons or formaldehyde, hazardous air pollutants (HAPs), and carbon monoxide (CO) from industrial exhaust gases.
EnviCat® 25800 in an E-frame is a ready-to-install system made of pressable stainless steel sheet.
The honeycomb cells are soft-sealed against each other and against the E-frame with ceramic fiber mats, providing additional protection.
This industry-proven Pt ceramic honeycomb catalyst is custom-designed with regard to channel density, honeycomb dimensions, and the construction of the corresponding E-frames (support elements).
