EnviCat® 50300 is a highly active Pt/Pd-based precious metal oxidation catalyst designed for the removal of volatile organic compounds (VOCs), carbon monoxide (CO), and hazardous air pollutants (HAPs) from industrial exhaust air streams, achieving conversion rates of up to 99% and higher. It is supplied in the form of ceramic honeycombs (CH), which provide a maximum catalytic surface area while maintaining low flow resistance, and are engineered for high thermal requirements. In thermal applications, the catalyst also contributes to reducing energy consumption and CO₂ emissions and is custom-designed regarding cell density, honeycomb dimensions, and mounting systems.
