HyMax 200 R Hydrogenation Oxoalcohol Synthesis

The HyMax™ 200 R (i-Dec) is a pre-reduced copper chromite catalyst for chemical synthesis processes, standardly supplied as a shaped body in tablet form (4.5×4.5 mm). It is primarily used industrially in oxo alcohol synthesis for the hydrogenation of aldehydes. The factory pre-reduction eliminates the otherwise necessary activation step in the plant.
