HyProGen® 120 Sulfur Removal Fuel Cells

HyProGen® 120 is an adsorbent in the form of 1.6-mm extruded pellets designed for the cold desulfurization of feed gas streams in fuel cell systems. The material removes organic sulfur even at ambient temperature and reliably protects downstream reforming catalysts from poisoning.

It is often used in combination with HyProGen® 121, which selectively removes a different group of sulfur compounds. Both materials are relatively small pellets designed for lower flow rates.
