Zeolite 5A

Zeolite 5A, also known as molecular sieve 5A, has slightly larger openings (pore size) compared to 3A and 4A.

C&CS molecular sieve 5A is available in various grain sizes: 1.6–2.5 mm and 3–5 mm. The product is also available as a powder on request.

C&CS Zeolite 5A is used for the separation of alkanes and cyclic hydrocarbons. Other applications include desulfurization, particularly in natural gas and biogas processing, as well as CO₂ removal. In addition, this zeolite is also ideal for gas drying.
